i realized that i needed to be healthy in a pretty simple way,

so,

going around ragunan zoo (which is really close from myhouse)

with my chevy for 2 hours

makes me feel more thinner than before, (i guess) HAHA

but after that, i eat my mom's cook then continue my sleep

it's so useless :p

actually,
